The Greeter’s Cottage Photos

Completed in Fall of 2010, the Greeter’s Cottage at The Ascot Club at Highland Forest is located at the entrance of our mountain community alongside a bold mountain stream and towering forest trees.  The cottage serves both as a gated entrance checkpoint for our residents, but also as a meeting place for prospective mountain property buyers and first time visitors to our community. The cottage is quite cozy inside, with a smaller portion dedicated to our security staff and a larger portion furnished with comfortable furniture set amidst a fireplace hearth. Refreshments are available and printed community materials are on hand. The outside appearance of the Greeter’s Cottage is equally impressive, and the dark timbers and steeple shaped cedar shingle roof really give the cottage and old-timey appearance of yesteryear. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by the Greeter’s Cottage for a cup of coffee and a seat by the crackling fire.
